Santa!

This year we continued the tradition of heading down to Fells Point to watch Santa arrive on the tugboat. In both previous years, Ryan wanted no part of sitting on Santa's lap, be he had been assuring me all week that he "will like Santa this year!" Despite the cold temps, we stood outside on the pier and watched the boat arrive with Santa. Ryan was very excited to go see the big guy in person, and as we waited in line his excitement grew. He had no issue sitting on Santa;s lap, and staring at him, but he clammed up when Santa asked what he wanted for Christmas. Baby steps, right? After a couple pictures with Santa (our camera battery died while waiting in line, so thanks Erin for this picture from your phone!), we headed to a local establishment for brunch and bloody marys with Mike, Kim, Andrew and friends of theirs. We had a great morning and it was a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season!
